PP Folding Box is the flat-pack answer to shipping crates and turnover cases—cut from twin-wall polypropylene sheet, scored along fold lines, and delivered in a stack rather than built-up. You pop one open on demand, load the parts, and it stands on its own; at trip end you flatten it back and stack it, which is where it earns its keep on back-haul space.
Hollow ribbed walls give stiffness without the dead weight of solid plastic or wood, so a loaded case still moves by hand. Water, oil, and workshop chemicals run off, so a PP Folding Box shrugs off a rainy dock, a damp warehouse, or an electronics wash-down bay without bloating or growing mildew the way a carton would.
Sizes are cut to order, so odd geometries get a snug fit instead of a void-filled mess. Natural is grey or white, with black, blue, and custom Pantone shades available; anti-static grade is default for PCB packing, and UV-stabilized grade handles outdoor and construction-site use. Hinges, divider slots, finger cuts, and lids are scored before folding, and print goes on before assembly so branding runs edge-to-edge without a sticker to peel.
