PP Flame Retardant Sheet is the twin-wall polypropylene panel spec'd anywhere a standard PP sheet would otherwise burn—electrical enclosure liners, busbar cover boards, partition panels in switch rooms, transit vehicle interior trim, and the kind of trade-show booth that has to pass a fire marshal walk-through. Instead of a halogenated additive that kicks off toxic black smoke, PP Flame Retardant Sheet is compounded with a halogen-free FR package that self-extinguishes the moment the ignition source is pulled away.
Width is typically 1.2 m to 2.1 m, lengths cut to order, so a whole wall run or a full enclosure panel comes off one sheet without a seam. PP Flame Retardant Sheet cuts, scores, folds, and prints on the same shop equipment as regular corrugated PP, so fabrication cost does not jump just because the material has a safety rating.
