Corrugated Plastic Layer Pads are the flat sheets that go between every layer on a pallet—between cases of bottled drinks, stacked boxes of components, or layers of molded parts in a container—so the top load does not crush the bottom and the lower layer does not shift sideways in transit.
Cut from twin-wall polypropylene sheet, Plastic Layer Pads weigh a fraction of a hardboard or plywood slip sheet, yet they spread point load well enough that a forklift can nudge a stack three layers high without the lower cases punching through. They shrug off rain, condensation, and warehouse spills, so a pad that sat through a humid sea crossing does not go soggy and drop a tier the way a corrugated slip sheet does.
Sizes are cut to the exact pallet footprint—1200 × 1000 mm, 1200 × 800 mm, 48 × 40 in, or whatever your spec is—rather than sold in a one-size rectangle. Edge profile is straight-cut, with optional finger notches on two sides so a hand can slide a pad out without a pallet jack. Colors run natural grey or white, with black and custom Pantone available; anti-static grade fits electronics layer separation, and food-contact grades are available for packaged food loads. Plastic Layer Pads nest flat in the rack, so a hundred spares take up one shelf bay rather than a corner.
